After the successful delivery of a February half term intensive course we have decided to run another over the Easter school holidays.
Intensive course Easter Holiday Dates
Course 1 – Monday 3rd April to Thursday 6th April
Course 2 – Monday 10th April to Thursday 13th April
The Benefits of an Intensive Swimming Course
The intensive swimming courses are scheduled to operate during the school holidays. This factor can have several benefits to children’s overall performance for reasons explained below.
Lessons are delivered during day time hours when children have more energy and this can be channelled effectively to develop swimming skills.
Due to a shorter interval between each lesson children are more likely to retain the information acquired from the previous lessons. This should allow for learning at a faster rate as children can pick up from the last lesson much quicker in comparison to weekly lessons.
Intensive courses can be a useful tool to improve competence levels of a particular skill that needs a little extra attention as the skill can be practised and repeatedly over the course over the week.
We have two intensive courses scheduled for the Easter Holidays
Course 1 Monday 3rd April to Thursday 6th April (£27.00)
Course 2 Monday 10th April to Thursday 13th April (£27.00)
The courses will operate mornings and the duration of each lesson is 30 minutes over four days. Once we have a good indication of numbers and abilities we will contact you with a course time.
