The fourth intensive courses of 2018 will be delivered from the academy pool over May school holidays.

Course 1 – Tuesday 29th May to Friday 1st June
The Benefits of an Intensive Swimming Course
The intensive swimming courses are scheduled to operate during the school holidays. This factor will have several benefits to children’s overall performance for reasons explained below.
Lessons are delivered during day time hours when children have more energy and this will be channelled effectively to develop swimming skills.
Due to a shorter interval between each lesson children are more likely to retain the information acquired from the previous lessons. This should allow for learning at a faster rate as children can pick up from the last lesson much quicker in comparison to weekly lessons.
Intensive courses are a useful tool to improve competence levels of a particular skill that needs a little extra attention as the skill can be practised and repeatedly over the course over the week.
Price list for intensive courses; group, two to one, and one to one lessons scheduled for May Half Term Tuesday 29th May to Friday 1st June
Group – £30.00 usually £32.00
One to one – £60.00 usually £72.00
Two to one – £75 usually £92.00
The courses will operate between 9.30 and 3pm and the duration of each lesson is 30 minutes over four days. Once we have a good indication of numbers and abilities we will contact you with a course time.
