Here you will get the chance to chat to our expert Parent & Baby teacher, Claire, who has a wealth of experience working not only as a parent & baby swimming teacher, but also as a midwife for the last 15 years. This gives her the perfect blend of skills to deliver a wonderful experience for you and baby.
Our Parent & Baby sessions take place during Thursday and Friday daytimes, with different sessions depending on age group from 0 – 30 months.
Baby swimming is an entirely safe and gentle activity. Coming to regular classes provides a parent with the necessary support to help them relax and enjoy the experience. These classes are full of carefully designed but simple activities, gentle submersions and lots of songs. These songs and rhymes provide gentle stimulation and are the most effective way to communicate with your baby. Repetition is fun, reassuring and promotes learning.
