Refund Policy

We endeavour to provide a high quality service to our customers.  However, if a refund is requested the following conditions apply.

Services purchased online:

We allow 14 days from the point of sale for a full refund. if the following conditions apply.

The service has not started within the 14 notice period.

Ongoing bookings:

We allow 14 days from when a swim programme has been purchased for a full refund.

After this period and once the course has started you may not receive a refund for the programme. By registering for a class, you agree to these terms.

Any missed lessons due to illness or holidays must be paid for.

Our policy for partial used services:

If our services our partially undertaken within the 14 day notice period we retain the right to recover our losses and will deduct two further sessions from the sum of the refund.

Please allow 10 working days for refund to show in your bank account

Our policy adheres to UK current legislation and does not affect your statutory rights.
